1. Online Store Terms

2. Product Information & Results Disclaimer

Movatte products are cosmetic and topical in nature.

We do not guarantee specific growth timelines or results.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you authorize Movatte to charge your selected payment method.

Orders flagged for suspected fraud may be canceled at our discretion.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After that time, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide order number

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Movatte is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier regarding lost or delayed packages.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Movatte directly before filing a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide:

  • Order confirmation records

  • IP address verification

  • Shipping and delivery confirmation

  • Customer communication history

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product names, images, graphics, and text is the property of Movatte and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Movatte shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities

  • Misuse of products

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
