Shipping policy

At Movatte, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly so you can begin your healthy hair journey without delay.


📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, promotions, or viral traffic spikes, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


🚚 Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


📍 Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Movatte is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

  • Orders delivered to the address provided

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

Movatte is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “Delivered”

  • Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier immediately

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  3. File a claim with the carrier


🌍 International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.


📬 Shipping Insurance (Optional Add-On)

If shipping protection is selected at checkout, claims for lost or damaged packages may be eligible for replacement subject to verification.
