Cancellation policy

Movatte offers one-time purchases and subscription-based purchase options for select products. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the following terms.


πŸ” Subscription Billing

When you select a subscription option:

β€’ You authorize Movatte to automatically charge your payment method
β€’ Billing occurs on the recurring schedule selected at checkout
β€’ Orders will continue until canceled

Subscription discounts are offered in exchange for recurring commitment.


❌ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

However:

β€’ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date
β€’ If cancellation is not completed before billing, the order will process and cannot be refunded

Once an order is processed, it cannot be stopped, modified, or refunded.


πŸ“¦ Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same policies as one-time purchases:

β€’ All sales are final unless product arrives damaged
β€’ Shipping fees are non-refundable
β€’ Delivery timelines are estimates


πŸ’³ Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

β€’ Our system may retry the charge
β€’ Your subscription may be paused until payment is updated

Movatte is not responsible for delays caused by declined payments.


🎁 Subscription Discounts

If a customer repeatedly cancels and re-subscribes to exploit discounted pricing, Movatte reserves the right to:

β€’ Remove discount eligibility
β€’ Cancel the subscription
β€’ Restrict future subscription access


πŸ” Chargebacks on Subscriptions

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge recurring billing.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

β€’ Immediate subscription cancellation
β€’ Account restriction
β€’ Submission of subscription authorization records
