Cancellation policy
Effective Date: 3/3/2020
Movatte offers one-time purchases and subscription-based purchase options for select products. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the following terms.
🔁 Subscription Billing
When you select a subscription option:
• You authorize Movatte to automatically charge your payment method
• Billing occurs on the recurring schedule selected at checkout
• Orders will continue until canceled
Subscription discounts are offered in exchange for recurring commitment.
❌ Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
However:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date
• If cancellation is not completed before billing, the order will process and cannot be refunded
Once an order is processed, it cannot be stopped, modified, or refunded.
📦 Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to the same policies as one-time purchases:
• All sales are final unless product arrives damaged
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Delivery timelines are estimates
💳 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
• Our system may retry the charge
• Your subscription may be paused until payment is updated
Movatte is not responsible for delays caused by declined payments.
🎁 Subscription Discounts
If a customer repeatedly cancels and re-subscribes to exploit discounted pricing, Movatte reserves the right to:
• Remove discount eligibility
• Cancel the subscription
• Restrict future subscription access
🔐 Chargebacks on Subscriptions
By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge recurring billing.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
• Immediate subscription cancellation
• Account restriction
• Submission of subscription authorization records
